• Mr. Parr holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the ­­­­New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, New Jersey and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

• Mr. Parr is a member of International Code Council, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers, the Snow and Ice Management Association, and the Accredited Snow Contractors Association .

• Mr. Parr is an ICC Certified Residential Building Inspector, and holds a Safety and Health Specialist Certificate in Construction Safety awarded by the Atlantic OSHA Training Center

 

• Mr. Parr’s professional experience includes Forensic engineering investigation and evaluation of design and construction elements relating to civil engineering, safety engineering, construction work practices, procedures, contracts, specifications and analysis for conformance with applicable codes, regulations, and other standards. Evaluation elements include site, building and pool construction and code compliance, OSHA regulation compliance, snow/ice management, walkways, stairways, roadways and ramps.

 

• Prior to joining AEL Mr. Parr served as a Principal Engineer, Project Manager, and Senior Project Engineer.  His work included Engineering responsibility for project management, design and studies for sewer capacity, flow equalization and use, construction management, inspection andtesting of large wastewater treatment/sludge processing plant expansions and water treatment facilities, HVAC equipment and electrical power distribution systems.
