• Mr. Fordham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Rutgers College of Engineering, New Brunswick, New Jersey and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, as well as a licensed Professional Planner in New Jersey.

• Mr. Fordham is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Construction Institute, the International Code Council and the National Recreation and Park Association. Mr. Fordham is an ICC Certified Residential Building Inspector, a Certified Municipal Engineer and a Certified Playground Safety Inspector.

• Mr. Fordham’s professional experience includes forensic engineering investigation and evaluation of design and construction elements related to civil and safety engineering, including: walkways, stairways, roadways, and building construction. His work also includes civil and safety engineering analyses related to OSHA, building code compliance, and accident evaluation cause and origin analysis.

• Prior to joining AEL Mr. Fordham served as a Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer and Project Manager for engineering firms in the New Jersey area. His work included management of commercial and municipal projects as well as design of various construction elements and construction oversight.
