• Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the ­­­­University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

• Mr. Taylor is a member of the SEAoNY, Structural Engineers Association of New York, the ACI, American Concrete Institute, the ICRI, International Concrete Repair Institute, NJALPHI, the New Jersey Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors and the Snow and Ice Management Association (Corporate). He is a Licensed New Jersey Home Inspector, a Licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator, a Certified Radon Measurement Tech and an RCS Building Inspector.

 

• Mr. Taylor serves on as a Class IV Planning Board member for Cranford Township, New Jersey.

• Mr. Taylor’s professional experience includes forensic engineering investigation and evaluation of design and construction elements related to civil, structural and safety engineering, including walkways, stairways, roadways, and building construction. He has conducted engineering and safety analyses related to OSHA and building code compliance and accident evaluation cause and origin analysis.

 

• Prior to joining AEL Mr. Taylor served as a Design Engineer, Senior Engineer, Sales Engineer, and President of various Engineering firms in New York and New Jersey. His work included design and inspection of residential and commercial structures, Application Development for construction products, Instructor for AIA approved technical seminars on concrete restoration, reinforced concrete corrosion protection, waterproofing, sealing expansion/control joints, structural strengthening and lead product seminars to engineering design, architectural, public agencies and contractors. Mr. Taylor has taught in-field, hands on surface preparation techniques to achieve proper substrate conditions for concrete rehabilitation and waterproofing applications to both contractors and engineers.
