  • Mr. Fearon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rutgers College of Engineering, New Brunswick, New Jersey and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

  • Mr. Fearon is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and an ICC Certified Residential Electrical Inspector, an ICC Certified Commercial Electrical Inspector, as well as a licensed Electrical Inspector in New Jersey. Mr. Fearon is also a licensed private pilot and holds an instrument rating.

  • Mr. Fearon’s professional experience includes forensic engineering investigation and evaluation of design and construction elements related to mechanical and safety engineering, including: electrical components, HVAC controls, piping, sidewalks and curbs, and building construction. His work also includes mechanical and safety engineering analyses related to OSHA and building code compliance, accident evaluation cause and origin analysis.

  • Prior to joining AEL Mr. Fearon served as a Project Engineer, a Senior Project Engineer, a Project Manager and a Resident Construction Manager for various construction and development firms in the New Jersey and New York areas. His work included managing the  construction and design of structural, mechanical and electrical systems and responsibility for construction oversight.
